 * Abwicklung von Supportanfragen (Telefon, E-Mail, Ticketsystem, Fernwartung, vor Ort)
 * Proaktives Monitoring aller relevanter Kundensysteme und IT-Services
 * Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Windows Server Landschaften
 * Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365/Azure Umgebungen
 * Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung des RMMs (Automatisierung!)
 * Mitarbeit beim Neuaufbau von Kundenetzwerken (Onboardings)
 * Erstellung und Wartung von Scripts (PowerShell, RMM)
 * Erstellung und regelmäßige Pflege einer lückenlosen und nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation
 * Evaluierung und Implementierung von neuen MSP-Tools
