* Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von IT Anfragen der Kund/innen (Support-Cases, Kleinprojekte und Unterstützung bei externen Dienstprovidern) Ticketverwaltung und Zeiterfassung im OTRS System
 * Vor Ort IT-Support im Großraum Wien (teilweise vor Ort Support in ganz Österreich bzw. weltweit in größeren Zeitabständen)
 * Remote Support aus unserem Büro in 1170 Wien
 * Anwendungsbetreuung der eingesetzten Software (PC und Terminal Server) beim Kunden Microsoft Office, ERP Lösungen, Hotel Management Software, Elba, BMD etc.
 * Betreuung von Office 365 Umgebungen
 * Hardware Anforderungen umsetzen bzw. Reparatur im Bedarfsfall
 * Serveranwendungen im Microsoft Umfeld verwenden (AD, Exchange, Remote Desktop Dienste etc.)
