## Description

* Leitung, disziplinäre Führung und laufende Weiterentwicklung eines 4-köpfigen Expertenteams Vorort sowie von Offshoring-Kollegen mit unterschiedlichen fachlichen Schwerpunkten.
 * Koordination der Anforderungen und Projekte inkl. Budget- und Ressourcenplanung.
 * Treibende Schnittstellenfunktion und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistungspartnern.
 * Begleitung des Change-Prozesses innerhalb des IT-Bereichs und der Transformation in eine starke produkt- und serviceorientierte Organisation.
