 * Microsoft Intune, * Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft (Windows Client-, Server-Systeme, Back und Datenbanksysteme im Microsoft Umfeld) sowie unserer Netzwerk-Umgebung (LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, Firewall).
 * Verwaltung von Microsoft 365-Diensten (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams etc.).
 * Virtualisierung von IT-Umgebungen (Hyper-V, VMware o.ä.).
 * Selbstständige Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten mit Fokus auf Automatisierung.
 * Technische Betreuung unserer touristischen Kundeninfrastruktur.
 * Monitoring, laufende Optimierung der Systeme sowie Analyse und Behebung von 2nd bzw. 3rd Level Problemen.
 * Sicherstellung des Know-How Transfers im Team und an Kunden.
