* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, Studium) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Praxiserfahrung., * Gutes Auftreten im direkten Kunden- und Lieferantenkontakt.

 * Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Microsoft Windows Domänen und Desktops.
 * Erfahrung mit Microsoft Exchange (ab 2010), bzw. Office 365.
