* Technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL) oder Quereinsteiger/in mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung, * Gute Kenntnisse in der aktuellen Microsoft Produktpalette (Client, Server und Produktivitätsserver, on-prem und cloud)

 * Erfahrung mit modernen Unternehmenslösungen (Server-Virtualisierung, VDI, Clientautomatisierung, Storage, Netzwerk, Security-Konzepten)
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Support (Ticketsysteme)

## Description

* Unterstützung unserer Anwender/innen in Bezug auf Hard- und Software (Microsoft-Standardprodukte, Business Applications)
 * Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Anfragen an unserem zentralen Service Desk (Aufnahme, Klassifizierung und selbständiger Erstlösungsversuch)
 * Inbetriebnahme und automatisierte Installation neuer Geräte (Smartphone, PC, Notebook, Drucker etc.) und Anwendungen
 * Administration, Weiterentwicklung sowie Dokumentation der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit der Umgebungen und dem sicheren IT-Betrieb
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Partner
