## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium oder Promotion in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Angewandter Physik oder verwandten Bereichen., * Kenntnisse in Produktionstechnik, Zerspanungsdynamik und Werkstoffkunde.
 * Programmierkenntnisse, vorzugsweise in Python oder MATLAB.

Erfahrung

 * Fundierte Erfahrung in der Simulation und Modellierung (kinematisch oder FEM) mechanischer Systeme, idealerweise im Bereich Werkzeugmaschinen.

## Description

* Du unterstützt unsere Teams für Prozess- und Anlagenentwicklung durch numerische Simulationen in den Bereichen Strukturmechanik und Thermodynamik.
 * Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Fertigungsprozessen für hochpräzise und hochfeste Komponenten in der nächsten Generation von Halbleiterproduktionsanlagen.
 * Entwicklung und Validierung dynamischer Prozessmodelle für Werkzeugmaschinen mit Fokus auf fortschrittliche Fräsprozesse.
 * Definition und Koordination von Aufgaben zur experimentellen Validierung und Verifikation, einschließlich Datenerfassung und -verarbeitung.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Integration von Simulationserkenntnissen in die Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung.
