In dieser Position unterstützt du Kunden bei der Installation, Instandhaltung und Schulung von IT-Systemen, einschließlich Servern, Netzwerktechnologien und Virtualisierungslösungen, sowohl vor Ort als auch per Fernwartung., * Du unterstützt uns bei der Betreuung unserer Kunden.

 * Du unterstützt uns im Innendienst über Fernwartung oder Telefon.
 * Du unterstützt uns im Außendienst vor Ort bei Kunden.
 * Du unterstützt uns bei der Installation von Systemen.
 * Du unterstützt uns bei der Instandhaltung unserer Lösungen.
 * Du unterstützt uns bei der Schulung und Einführung.
 * Server (Windows-Server, MS-Exchange, MS-SQL, …)
 * Virtualisierung (Hyper-V, VM-Ware, ...)
 * Security (Firewalling, Virenschutz, ...)
 * Netzwerktechnik (Switching, VLANs, WLAN, ...)
 * Arbeitsplatztechnik (PC's, MS-365, ...)
