## Description

* Erhebung von Kund*innenanforderungen zur Erstellung von Vorgaben für die Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter IT-Lösungen.
 * Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von IT-Vorhaben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
 * Verantwortung für die strategische und terminliche Planung, einschließlich Upgrades, Erweiterungsprojekten, Konsolidierungen und Ablösungen.
 * Als "Single Point of Contact" agieren Sie als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Anfragen und Aufträge in Bezug auf die verantworteten Applikationsservices.
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von Fehlern im Rahmen des Incidentmanagementprozesses zur schnellen Fehlerbehebung.
 * Sicherstellung der Qualität durch regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen und sorgfältige Dokumentation aller relevanten Prozesse und Ergebnisse.
 * Einhaltung der ISO 27.001-Richtlinien und Verantwortung für die Compliance der IT-Prozesse.
