## Description

* Technische Betreuung und kompetente Unterstützung von Anwendern bei einer modernen Softwarelösung.
 * Analyse, Nachvollziehung und strukturierte Lösung technischer Fragestellungen.
 * Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie Dokumentation in einem Ticketsystem.
 * Weitergabe komplexer technischer Themen an die Entwicklungsabteilung.
 * Fachliche Unterstützung und Know-how-Transfer an den First-Level-Support.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams (Entwicklung, QA, Produktmanagement, UX).
