## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Lehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Robotik, IT oder Automatisierungstechnik
 * Berufserfahrung im technischen Support - idealerweise in Robotik, Automatisierung oder industrieller IT
 * Fundiertes technisches Verständnis für mechatronische Systeme, Sensorik, Softwarekonfiguration und Netzwerktechnik
 * Rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Hohe Kundenorientierung und klare, verständliche Kommunikation - auch in technisch komplexen Situationen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Unterstützung unserer internationalen Kund:innen im 1st Level Support - schriftlich und telefonisch - bei technischen Fragestellungen rund um unsere Autonomen Mobilen Roboter (AMRs)
 * Identifikation, Analyse und Reproduktion komplexer technischer Störungen (Hardware, Software, Sensorik, Netzwerk) sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger, technisch fundierter Lösungen
 * Konfiguration, Installation und Aktualisierung unserer Softwarelösungen, inkl. Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Remote- und On-Site-Updates
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hardware-, Software-Engineering und Montage zur effizienten Klärung technischer Rückfragen und Sicherstellung kundenorientierter Lösungen
 * Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten im 24/7-Support zur schnellen Unterstützung bei kritischen Kundenanliegen
 * Perspektive: Weiterentwicklung in den 2nd Level Support - inklusive tieferer Fehleranalyse, direkter Zusammenarbeit mit R&D und höherer technischer Verantwortung
