## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Informatik, Automatisierung oder vergleichbar., * Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT/OT-Infrastrukturen sowie Cyber Security.
 * SAP- oder MES-Kenntnisse von Vorteil.

 * Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Erfahrung

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT & OT Operations, idealerweise im Industrieumfeld.
 * Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie im Betrieb von 24/7-Umgebungen.
 * Erfahrung in Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten.

## Description

* Zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs sowie zur weiteren Umsetzung unserer Digitalisierungsstrategie suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für die Leitung der IT & OT Operations.
 * Die Position ist entscheidend, um einen sicheren 24/7-Betrieb, steigende regulatorische Anforderungen und die wachsende Komplexität unserer Systeme nachhaltig zu gewährleisten.
 * Gesamtverantwortung für die IT & OT Operations an den Standorten Pernhofen und Wien.
 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von 6-8 direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden.
 * Sicherstellung des 24/7-Betriebs sowie Weiterentwicklung der IT/OT-Strukturen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team.
 * Umsetzung der globalen IT/OT-Strategie sowie Sicherstellung von Governance, Security und Compliance (z. B. NIS2).
 * Verantwortung für Betrieb, Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT/OT-Systemlandschaft.
 * Steuerung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten.
 * Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und KPIs.
