* Mit AXIS entwickelst und produzierst du High-End FLUGSIMULATOREN mit den innovativsten Technologien für das Training von Piloten.
 * Du willst nicht nur Systeme verwalten, sondern Strukturen gestalten? Bei uns bekommst du die Möglichkeit, Technik, Organisation und Menschen zu verbinden.
 * In dieser Position übernimmst du Verantwortung für ein engagiertes IT-System-Admin-Team, entwickelst Prozesse weiter und arbeitest gleichzeitig selbst aktiv im operativen Betrieb mit.
 * Werde Teil eines Umfelds, in dem deine Ideen zählen und du IT wirklich bewegen kannst.
 * Organisatorische Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-System-Admin-Teams.
 * Planung, Koordination und Priorisierung der Teamaufgaben und interner IT Projekte.
 * Sicherstellung von IT-Standards, Prozessen, Dokumentation und Servicequalität.
 * Mitarbeit bei Budget-, Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung.
 * Aktive Mitarbeit im täglichen IT-Betrieb.
 * Betrieb, Wartung und Optimierung von Server-, Netzwerk- und Cloud-Infrastrukturen.
 * Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management.
 * Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und Systemerweiterungen.
 * Sicherstellung von IT-Security, Backup- und Recovery-Prozessen.
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen.
