## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im IT-Projektmanagement., * Starke Kommunikations-, Analyse- und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kund_innen und Stakeholdern.
 * Routine im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Methoden, einschlägige Zertifizierungen (IPMA, PMI, Scrum) von Vorteil.
 * Strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, kombiniert mit hoher Bereitschaft, neue Bereiche und Technologien kennenzulernen.
 * Proaktive, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hoher Organisationsstärke.
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil.
 * Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen projekt- und kund_innenbezogener Termine (In- und Ausland) und Führerschein Klasse B.

Erfahrung

 * Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im internationalen Umfeld.
 * Erfahrung in Rollouts, Software-Implementierungen oder Softwareprodukt- bzw. Projektentwicklung von Vorteil.

## Description

* Eigenständige Abwicklung von Kund_innenprojekten im Bereich maßgeschneiderter Softwarelösungen, Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten sowie Rolloutprojekten für unsere technischen Lösungen.
 * Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kund_innen bei der Definition, Priorisierung und Verfeinerung von Anforderungen.
 * Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams und zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen Bereichen, Kund_innen und Lieferant_innen.
 * Planung, Koordination und Management von Ressourcen zur Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung.
 * Technisches und kaufmännisches Projektcontrolling.
 * Situatives Upselling und Cross-Selling im Rahmen der Projektumsetzung.
 * Troubleshooting, Eskalations- und Risikomanagement.
