## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HTL, FH) im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation., * Teamorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise.
 * Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität.
 * Freude am direkten Kontakt mit AnwenderInnen und an der lösungsorientierten Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Erfahrung

 * Berufserfahrung im User Support, idealerweise im Umfeld von Filial- oder Kassensystemen, von Vorteil.

## Description

* Unterstützung unserer FilialmitarbeiterInnen bei technischen Fragestellungen sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Bereich Kassen- und Filialsysteme.
 * 1st-Level-Usersupport für unsere MitarbeiterInnen innerhalb der Huber-Gruppe.
 * Eigenverantwortliche Ticketbearbeitung im Rahmen unseres internen Ticketsystems.
 * Identifizierung und Lösung technischer Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Hard- und Software.
 * Einrichtung, Betreuung und Support von Arbeitsplätzen.
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen sowie mehrsprachigen Anleitungen (DE/EN) für unsere AnwenderInnen.
 * Inventarverwaltung und Asset Management.
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme.
