## About the Role

* Aktuell suchen wir Teamverstärkung für den Online Software Support / Helpdesk. Du sprichst mit Software-Usern im Finanzbereich und analysierst gemeinsam mit ihnen gemeldete Fehler in ihrer Anwendung. Dabei kann es sich z.B. um fehlerhafte Bezüge (ähnlich Excel) oder einen Bug im System handeln. Du kümmerst Dich um das Problem und löst es gemeinsam mit dem Kunden.
 * Deine Haupttätigkeit fokussiert auf Telefon/Online-Meetings und Email, d.h. du musst Spaß daran haben, mit Leuten zu kommunizieren. Die Fehlersuche sollte eine Leidenschaft von dir sein, bei der du analytisch vorgehst und systematisch mögliche Lösungen abarbeitest. Außerdem ist es wichtig, dass du gerne in modernen Technologien am Computer arbeitest., * Technologieinteresse und gute Computerkenntnisse (v.a. in Excel), idealerweise Controllingsoftware
 * Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Lösungsorientierung, analytische Fähigkeiten
 * Spaß am Kontakt mit Menschen, kommunikativ, hilfsbereit, freundlich, eine angenehme Stimme
 * Fließende Deutsch- (C2) und im Idealfall gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
 * Die Leidenschaft Probleme zu lösen (Rätsel ;-))
