## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Fachausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung (z.B. abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder facheinschlägiges Diplom, etc.), * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb klinischer und weiterer Informationssysteme (zB SAP)
 * Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit & hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
 * Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englisch auf idealerweise Niveau B2

Erfahrung

 * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer IT-Leitungsfunktion oder vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
 * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (klassisch & agil)

## Description

Du führst ein 15-köpfiges IT-Team, sicherst den 24/7-Betrieb, entwickelst die IT-Strategie und berätst Fachabteilungen zur Optimierung klinischer IT-Prozesse., * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, performanten und sicheren 24/7-IT-Betriebs an unseren beiden Standorten (Zell am See, Mittersill)

 * Krisenmanagement bei Betriebsausfällen
 * Erstellung und Verantwortung für das IT-Budget
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung der IT-Strategie
 * Identifikation relevanter technologischer Trends (z. B. Cloud, KI, Telemedizin) und Bewertung ihrer Einsatzmöglichkeiten im klinischen Umfeld
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den medizinischen, pflegerischen und organisatorischen Fachabteilungen als interner IT-Partner und Berater bei der Prozessoptimierung
