* Du bringst idealerweise Know-how im barrierefreien Design (Accessibility) mit.
 * Du bist fit im Umgang mit Design- bzw. Prototyping Softwaretools (z.B. Figma, Axure, Adobe).
 * Du nutzt unterschiedliche KI-Tools für effizientes Arbeiten.
 * Dein Deutsch ist fließend in Wort & Schrift (C2-Niveau), und auch in englischer Sprache bist du verhandlungssicher.
 * Dein Gehalt: Für diese Position wird gemäß Kollektivvertrag (VG 3 nach dem 1. Dienstjahr) ein Mindestgehalt von € 32.496,80 brutto pro Jahr (bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung) geboten, mit der klaren Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach konkreter Qualifikation.

Erfahrung

 * Du hast praktische Erfahrung im UX/UI-Design gesammelt.
 * Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von User Experience Design Methoden & Human Centered Design mit.
 * Du hast Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Gestaltung von Mockups, Wireframes und Prototypen für responsive Websites und mobile Apps, auch auf Basis von Design-Systemen, gesammelt.
 * Erfahrungen mit agilen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten und den Tools Jira & Confluence sind von Vorteil.

## Description

* Du recherchierst, konzipierst und entwickelst ganzheitliche UX/UI-Konzepte für Web- und App-Projekte.
 * Durchführung von User Research, Wireframing und Prototyping.
 * Du erarbeitest User Flows, Informationsarchitekturen und definierst User-Interface-Spezifikationen.
 * Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von / der Arbeit mit barrierefreien Design Systeme.
 * Als aktives Mitglied in agilen Teams kreierst du UI Designs für den Hand-Off an Entwickler:innen.
 * Du bringst in interdisziplinär besetzten Projektteams die Kundenperspektive ein und bist Facilitator für kundenzentrierte Designprozesse.
 * Du traust dir zu, Workshops unter Anwendung von Kreativmethoden zu moderieren.
