## Description

* In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für den technischen Support und die Betreuung unserer IT- und Telekommunikationssysteme - sowohl remote als auch vor Ort.
 * Du optimierst bestehende Infrastrukturen, unterstützen bei der Implementierung von VoIP-Systemen und beratest unsere Kunden bei Systemerweiterungen.
 * Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören zudem die Fehleranalyse im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie die Dokumentation von Kundenumgebungen und Supportfällen.
