* Du betreust und entwickelst unsere hybride IT-Landschaft weiter (Server, Netzwerk, Firewalls, Storage).
 * Du arbeitest mit Windows- und Linux-Servern sowie Virtualisierungslösungen (VMware / Hyper-V).
 * Du analysierst Fehler, behebst Störungen nachhaltig und stellst einen stabilen Betrieb sicher.
 * Du verantwortest LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN und VoIP-Umgebungen.
 * Du unterstützt aktiv bei Security-, Modernisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten.
 * Du evaluierst neue Technologien und bringst deine Ideen in unsere Digitalisierungsprojekte ein.
 * Du koordinierst externe Partner und arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen.
 * Du stärkst den internationalen ServiceDesk im 2nd- & 3rd-Level.
 * Du dokumentierst sauber in ITSM (ManageEngine), Confluence & Jira.
