Erfahrung

 * Abgeschlossene AHS/BHS oder gleichzuhaltende Berufserfahrung.
 * Erfahrung mit Windows Umgebungen (Active Directory, Office365 u. dgl.).
 * Erfahrung mit Firewalls.

## Description

* Mitarbeit im 2nd level Support im Bereich IT-Engineering und Infrastruktur für Studierende, Lehrende und MitarbeiterInnen.
 * Insbesondere Betreuung der Netzwerke, Firewalls und Linux.
 * Wartung, Konfiguration von Windows und Linux-Servern.
 * Technische Unterstützung von Lehre und Forschung.
 * Mitarbeit in Projekten der IT und der Fachbereiche.
