Erfahrung

 * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Entwicklung.

## Description

* Fachliche Betreuung kundenseitiger Entwicklungsteams.
 * Technische Einschätzung von Projekt- und Geschäftschancen.
 * Unterstützung der Kundengespräche mit technischem Fokus.
 * Technische Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen.
 * Erstellung und sprachliche Aufbereitung technischer Inhalte.
 * Beschaffung und Dokumentation lieferantenseitiger Detailinformationen.
 * Ausarbeitung von produktbezogener Applikationsinformationen.
 * Planung und Durchführung von Produktvorstellungen (Software- und Entwicklungswerkzeugen) und Kundenseminaren.
 * Mitwirkung bei Fachmessen und Veranstaltungsformaten.
 * Ursachenanalyse sowie Unterstützung im Reklamationsprozess.
