* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT, Elektrotechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld., * Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität.
 * Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Konfliktlösungskompetenz.
 * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Verbindlichkeit.
 * Sehr gutes Organisations- und Stakeholder-Management sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten klar zu setzen.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und vergleichbaren Tools zur Statusverfolgung.
 * Bereitschaft zur Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZÜP) gemäß Luftfahrtgesetz.
 * Technisches Verständnis aktueller IT- und TK-Systeme sowie deren Betriebsprozesse.

Erfahrung

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Koordination komplexer IT-Infrastrukturprojekte, idealerweise im Bau- oder Anlagenumfeld.
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Generalunternehmern, IT-Gewerken und Lieferanten.
 * Erfahrung mit Jira, Confluence und MS Project.

## Description

In dieser Position koordinierst du die Bau- und Inbetriebnahme komplexer IT- und Sicherheitssysteme an Flughäfen, während du proaktiv mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern kommunizierst., * Als IT-Infrastruktur Projektmanager:in übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in einem der größten IT-Infrastrukturprogramme im Aviation-Umfeld Europas. Im Fokus steht die Koordination der Bau- und Inbetriebnahmephase komplexer IT- und Sicherheitssysteme, etwa in den Bereichen Videoüberwachung, Zutrittskontrolle und verwandter Infrastruktur, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherrn, internen IT-Fachabteilungen sowie Auftragnehmern und Lieferanten aus IT, Elektrotechnik und Anlagenbau.

 * Sie sorgen dafür, dass hunderte Systeme nicht nur installiert, sondern auch nachvollziehbar, qualitätsgesichert und betriebsbereit übergeben werden.
 * Ein Start ist ab Anfang August oder nach Vereinbarung möglich.
 * Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen IT-Bereichen sowie Auftragnehmern und Lieferanten aus IT, Elektrotechnik und Anlagenbau.
 * Verbindliche Koordination und Nachverfolgung offener Punkte aus Installation, Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme.
 * Professionelles Auftreten sowie aktive Teilnahme an Abstimmungs- und Bauherrensitzungen.
 * Strukturierte Termin- und Maßnahmenverfolgung inklusive klarer Kommunikation und Eskalation.
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung, Pflege und Fortschreibung von Termin- und Maßnahmenplänen.
 * Übernahme weiterer Projektmanagement- und Planungsaufgaben im Verlauf des Projekts.
