## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Studium im IT-Bereich, z.B. als System-, Netzwerk-, IT-Administrator, Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung., * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Technologien (Windows Betriebssysteme & MS365 - Entra, SharePoint, Exchange Online etc.).

 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Erfahrung

 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, vorzugsweise im Service Desk-Umfeld.
