## Description

In dieser Position betreust du die IT-Infrastruktur, unterstützt Mitarbeitende im 1st und 2nd Level Support, installierst Arbeitsplätze und wirkst bei IT-Projekten zur Optimierung der Prozesse mit., * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur

 * Ansprechpartner_in für Mitarbeitende bei IT-Fragen (1st & 2nd Level Support)
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen sowie Systemen
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
 * Sicherstellung des reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
 * Unterstützung bei Themen wie Netzwerke, Server und Cloud-Lösungen
