 * Drive the further development of our backend systems and services
 * Take part in architectural decisions and backlog prioritization
 * Refactor and improve existing codebases, reducing technical debt
 * Build and enhance APIs to make our platform more accessible and scalable
 * Automate internal processes to support business teams and customers
 * Take shared ownership of DevOps topics, including deployment, monitoring and reliability
 * Orchestrate Docker containers for stable deployments on AWS
 * Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines (e.g. Drone.io, Cypress)
 * Create and maintain clean, sustainable documentation
