 * Planung, Durchführung und Koordination von Installationen, Upgrades, Patches und Systemkopien
 * Überwachung und Optimierung der SAP-Systemperformance
 * Benutzer-, Berechtigungs- und Transportmanagement
 * Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit sowie der Backup- und Recovery-Prozesse
 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im SAP-Basis-Umfeld
 * Betreuung von Schnittstellen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
 * Technische Mitwirkung und Vorbereitung des bevorstehenden S/4HANA-Conversionprojekts
 * Dokumentation von Systemlandschaften und Betriebsprozessen
