## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL oder FH) im Bereich Elektro- / Energietechnik oder Informatik., * Grundkenntnisse über Prozess-Visualisierungssoftware (SCADA Systeme).
 * Programmierkenntnisse in C#, VB, Microsoft Add-In wünschenswert.

Erfahrung

 * Erste Berufserfahrungen im Produktsupport sowie Kenntnisse über Stromnetze und elektrische Anlagen sind von Vorteil.

## Description

In dieser Rolle bearbeitest du 2nd-Level-Supportanfragen, analysierst Systemtests der Prozess-Visualisierungssoftware und entwickelst Lösungen für Kundenprobleme. Auch die Dokumentation von Supportfällen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben., * Der Schwerpunkt dieser Stelle liegt im Bereich 2nd-Level-Support und Systemtest der Prozess-Visualisierungssoftware für das Netzleitsystem.

 * Sie erarbeiten Lösungsmöglichkeiten für Kunden, unterstützen diese bei Fehleranalysen und bereiten Informationen auf um "Bugs" zu beheben.
 * Sie verantworten die Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Systemtests und führen diese durch.
 * Die Dokumentation von Supportfällen (via Ticketsystem) und die Erstellung von Testaufbauten gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
