## About the Role

* You have a degree in an IT environment or a comparable qualification and have already successfully implemented several ServiceNow projects., * Profound knowledge of ITIL processes and their mapping in ServiceNow.
 * Safe handling of ServiceNow's core technical components (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, integrations).
 * ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are an advantage.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to talk to customers on a professional and technical level.
 * Ability to implement projects independently and in a results-oriented manner.
 * Communicate fluently in German and English, both orally and in writing.
 * Willingness to travel in the DACH region., * Several years of practical experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
 * Experience with agile or scrum methods.

## Description

* As a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant/Developer (m/f/d), you will independently translate the requirements of our customers into powerful ServiceNow solutions.
 * You translate technical and procedural requirements into specific technical implementations, and master the balance between customer requirements and platform standard (out-of-the-box).
 * As part of a strong team, you deliver projects from concept to go-live.
 * Independent configuration, customizing and implementation of ServiceNow solutions (e.g. ITSM, CSM, ITOM) over the entire project life cycle.
 * Implementation of ITIL-based processes (e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB) in ServiceNow.
 * Technical analysis of customer requirements as well as derivation and evaluation of solution approaches with regard to feasibility and effort.
 * Carrying out tests, fault analysis and quality assurance of the implemented solutions.
 * Close coordination with customers and specialist areas to clarify requirements and present solutions.
