 * Unterstützung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen (z. B. Drucker, Clients).
 * Betreuung und Support gängiger Desktop-Anwendungen (z. B. Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat, 7-Zip, Antiviruslösungen).
 * Sorgfältige und vollständige Dokumentation aller Anfragen im Ticketsystem.
