 * Du bist flexibel, engagiert und kommunikativ und hast ein hohes Maß an Teamgeist.

Erfahrung

 * Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung bzw. Mentoring von Mitarbeiter:innen (z.B. als Lead Developer).

## Description

* Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für unser 30-köpfiges Softwareentwicklungsteam im Bereich unserer loxmate Locker.
 * Dabei wirkst du aktiv an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien und Konzepten mit.
 * Du gestaltest den gesamten Softwareentwicklungszyklus - von der Analyse über das Design bis hin zur Entwicklung und dem Testing - maßgeblich mit.
 * Zudem bist du die interne Ansprechperson für alle Themen rund um die Entwicklung auf allen Ebenen.
 * Du evaluierst laufend neue Technologien und Ideen und verbesserst die SW-Entwicklungsprozesse inklusive Qualitätssicherung.
 * Du stimmst Zeitpläne und Projektfortschritte regelmäßig mit den Projektleiter:innen und Produktmanager:innen ab und sorgst für eine entsprechende Priorisierung und Dokumentation.
 * Du förderst die fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen und des gesamten Teams.
