## Description

In dieser Position unterstützt du Benutzer:innen bei technischen Problemen per Hotline, bearbeitest Supportanfragen im Ticket-System und schult Mitarbeiter:innen im Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen, während du eng mit IT-Teams zusammenarbeitest., * Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen

 * Erfassung von Störungen und Lösungen im Ticket-System
 * Schulung der Mitarbeiter:innen im Umgang mit IT-Systemen und -Anwendungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen
 * Betreuung Bundes interner Anwendungen
