## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Software Engineering oder vergleichbare Qualifikation., * Idealerweise eine Elastic-Zertifizierung (z. B. Elastic Certified Engineer) oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben.

 * Erfahrung im produktiven Einsatz von KI-gestützten Tools zur Analyse, Automatisierung oder Effizienzsteigerung.

## Description

* Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung einer produktiven Elastic-Stack-Umgebung (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats, Agents, Fluent-Bit).
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von technischem Monitoring sowie Business Monitoring für Paketautomaten und deren Backend-Systeme.
 * Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Datenpipelines für die Verarbeitung und Analyse großer Datenmengen.
 * Aufbau und Pflege von Dashboards, Visualisierungen und Alerting-Lösungen zur System-, Service- und Geschäftsprozessüberwachung.
 * Analyse von Betriebs- und Monitoringdaten zur Fehlerdiagnose und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Systemverfügbarkeit.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs-, Infrastruktur- und Betriebsteams zur Verbesserung von Observability und Incident Management.
 * Mitarbeit an Architektur-, Standardisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten im Umfeld der Monitoring-Plattform.
