## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Universität) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit technischem oder wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt., * Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. IPMA, PMI oder PRINCE2).
 * Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis im Bereich SaaS, Cloud, IT-Architektur und idealerweise KI-Anwendungen.
 * Kenntnisse im Finanz- oder Versicherungsumfeld sind ein Plus.
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Eigenverantwortung.
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse.

Erfahrung

 * Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten.
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira und Confluence von Vorteil.

## Description

* Als Projektleiter übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle IT- und Transformationsprojekte - von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
 * Eigenständige Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte unterschiedlicher Größe.
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie interdisziplinärer Projektteams.
 * Planung, Koordination und Moderation von Projektmeetings und Workshops.
 * Verantwortung für Zeitpläne, Budget, Qualität und Projektumfang.
 * Identifikation von Projektrisiken sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen.
 * Laufendes Stakeholdermanagement sowie transparente Projektkommunikation.
 * Erstellung von Projektberichten und Management-Reportings.
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung von Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsinitiativen.
