## Description

In dieser Position betreust du die IT-Infrastruktur, übernimmst den IT-Support für Kollegen in Europa, entwickelst Fachanwendungen weiter und führst interne Schulungen zur optimalen Nutzung neuer Technologien durch., * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Microsoft 365, Fachanwendungen inklusive Benutzer- und Rechtverwaltung).

 * Erste Anlaufstelle für Hard- und Softwarefragen sowie IT-Support für Kolleg:innen aus ganz Europa.
 * Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit externen IT- und Web-Dienstleister:innen.
 * Mitwirkung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten.
 * Durchführung interner Schulungen und Unterstützung bei der optimalen Nutzung von aktuellen und neuen Technologien.
