* Abgeschlossenes technisches/wirtschaftliches Studium., * Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch.
 * Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.

Erfahrung

 * Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im QM/UM-Management (idealerweise in einem Produktionsbetrieb).

## Description

* Operative Betreuung des QM-Systems nach ISO 9001 und des UM-Systems nach ISO 14001 inkl. Durchführung interner QM und UM - Audits.
 * Dokumentation und Wartung aller QM/UM - Unterlagen und Prozesse (Prozesslandschaft).
 * Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung, Verbesserung und Effizienzsteigerung von Prozessen.
 * Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der Qualitäts- und Umweltziele.
 * Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Berichten, Analysen und Statistiken und Kennzahlen.
 * Mitarbeit beim Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung der unternehmensweiten Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie.
 * Durchführung interner Mitarbeiterschulungen hinsichtlich QM und UM (Trainings).
 * Mitarbeit hinsichtlich Compliance Themen, DSGVO, länderspezifischer Zertifizierungen, KVP- und LEAN-Themen sowie der ATEX-Richtlinie.
 * Unterstützung bei der Implementierung der ISO 27001.
