## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Software-Engineering, * Fundiertes Verständnis von Linux-Systemkonzepten (u. a. IPC, POSIX-Threads, Systemd, Kernel- und User-Space sowie Bootloader)

Erfahrung

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit C/C++ unter Anwendung moderner Sprachstandards; Kenntnisse in Rust sind von Vorteil
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Yocto/OpenEmbedded, Virtualisierungstechnologien (z. B. KVM, QEMU, Docker oder LXC) sowie erste Berührungspunkte mit KI-Tools oder Edge-AI-Anwendungen

## Description

* Entwicklung performanter, robuster und skalierbarer Softwarekomponenten in C und C++ für Embedded-Linux-Systeme
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung zukunftssicherer Softwarearchitekturen sowie Optimierung von Systemressourcen und hardwarenaher Software
 * Anbindung von Treiberschnittstellen sowie Abstimmung des Betriebssystems auf die jeweilige Zielhardware
 * Mitgestaltung des gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozesses - von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Implementierung bis hin zur Integration in moderne CI/CD-Pipelines
 * Durchführung von Code-Reviews sowie Entwicklung und Wartung automatisierter Unit- und Integrationstests zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Softwarequalität
