## Description

In dieser Rolle berätst und unterstützt du Projekte in der SAP Sales & Service Cloud. Du konzipierst und implementierst Prozesse, führst Workshops durch und optimierst die Integration zwischen SAP und externen Systemen., * Beratung und Umsetzung von Projekten in SAP Sales & Service Cloud (Version 1 & Version 2).

 * Ansprechpartner für die Fachbereiche während des gesamten Projektzyklus.
 * Konzeption, Implementierung und Optimierung von Sales- und Serviceprozessen.
 * Zusammenführung von SAP und externen Systemen sowie entsprechende Betreuungstätigkeit.
 * Mitarbeit im Rahmen von Workshops, Anforderungsanalysen, Tests und Go-Live Aktivitäten.
 * Idealerweise Unterstützung bei Implementierungen im Field Service Management (FSM).
