## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Fachschule/HTL), vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Netzwerktechnik oder Elektrotechnik., * Linux Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich der Netzwerktechnik.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

In dieser Position planst und betreibst du IPTV-Systeme für Kunden in der DACH-Region, bietest technischen Support auf verschiedenen Ebenen und agierst als Schnittstelle zu internen Fachabteilungen., * Planung, Konzeptionierung, Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb von IPTV-Systemen bei unseren Kunden in der DACH-Region.

 * Kundensupport (Second und Third Level) sowie Fernwartung der Systeme (und in vereinzelten Fällen auch Vorort-Einsätze).
 * Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdienst (Rufbereitschaft / Fernwartung).
 * Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen unseren Kunden und internen Fachbereichen (Softwareentwicklung, QA, Sales usw.).
