## Description

In dieser Rolle kümmerst du dich um die Betreuung internationaler Kunden im sicherheitskritischen Bereich, hast Einfluss auf die Systemintegration, führst Fehleranalysen durch und stellst den 1st & 2nd Level Support sicher., * Wir vergrößern unser Team und sind auf der Suche nach einem engagierten IT-Service-Engineer zur Betreuung unserer internationalen Kunden im sicherheitskritischen Bereich.

 * Diese werden im Rahmen von Serviceverträgen mittels Fernwartung, sowie bei Bedarf direkt vor Ort betreut.
 * Während einer individuellen Einarbeitungsphase wirst du bestmöglich auf deine neuen Aufgabenbereiche vorbereitet.
 * 1st & 2nd Level Support.
 * Hardware- und softwarebezogene Systemintegration beim Kunden.
 * Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung unserer Systeme.
 * Selbstständige Fehleranalyse und Fehlerbehebung.
 * Erfüllung der vereinbarten Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs).
