* Ganzheitliches Patch- & Lifecycle-Management- - Plattformübergreifende Wartung: Sie verantworten das Patchmanagement für unsere Serverlandschaft (Microsoft & Linux) sowie für NAS-Systeme (Synology, QNAP) - inklusive Betriebssystem- und Firmware-Updates. - Spezial-Infrastruktur: Sie betreuen die Update-Zyklen unserer physischen Sicherheitssysteme (u. a. Alarmanlagen, Videoüberwachung und Tresorsysteme).
 * Network Security & Monitoring - Cyber Security: Sie administrieren die E-Mail-Security (Spamfilter, Tracking) und steuern die Endpoint Protection (Cisco, Bitdefender, Antivirus). - Infrastruktur-Monitoring: Sie überwachen proaktiv System-Alerts, Logfiles und die Performance unserer Cisco-Netzwerkkomponenten (Switches, Firewalls, Meraki SD-WAN). - Datensicherheit: Sie kontrollieren kontinuierlich die Backup- und Synchronisationsprozesse.
 * Datacenter Operations & Dokumentation - Housing & Hardware: Sie betreuen unser Data Center vor Ort - vom physischen Ein- und Ausbau der Komponenten bis hin zur fachgerechten Beschriftung und Wartung. - Asset Management: Sie halten unsere IT-Dokumentation in der CMDB (i-doit) stets auf dem neuesten Stand und sorgen so für Transparenz und Revisionssicherheit.
