 * interessierst dich für aktuelle Entwicklungen rund um Integrationsstandards, Data Integration Plattformen, Data & AI Plattformen und hybride Architekturen.

## Description

* betreust das Data Integration Plattform Service als zentrale technische Grundlage für den unternehmensweiten Datenaustausch (API, Streaming, Messaging, Batch Integration).
 * koordinierst die externen Lieferant:innen, die einen stabilen, sicheren und hochverfügbaren 24/7-Betrieb der Data Integration Plattformen sicherstellt.
 * fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für Betrieb, Stabilität, Servicequalität, Kosten und Planung des Data Integration Service.
 * definierst, koordinierst und stelltst die Einhaltung von SLAs, OLAs und KPIs sicher.
 * koordinierst und begleitest alle relevanten Service- und Betriebsprozesse, insbesondere Incident-, Change- und Problem Management, inklusive Review von Root Cause Analysen (RCA).
 * arbeitest eng mit dem/der System Architekten/Architektin und dem/der Product Owner:in zusammen.
 * begleitest die Überführung von Plattform-Änderungen in einen stabilen, standardisierten Betrieb.
 * etablierst und verbesserst kontinuierlich Betriebs-, Monitoring-, Alerting- und Support Prozesse für die Data Integration Plattformen.
