## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung mit kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt (z. B. HAK, FH, Universität) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
 * Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Auftragsabwicklung oder vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeldern
 * Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise SAP S/4HANA
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen

 * Erfahrung als SAP Key User
 * Kenntnisse im internationalen Versand- und Zollwesen
 * Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung und Standardisierung
 * Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen

## Description

* Selbstständige Verantwortung für organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten im Order Management und Product Integrity
 * Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheinen, Zollunterlagen und Rechnungen
 * Organisation und Koordination von Inbound- und Outbound-Logistikprozessen
 * Mitarbeit bei Standardisierungs- und Verbesserungsthemen
 * Unterstützung bei Controlling-Aufgaben und internem Reporting
 * Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben bei Abwesenheiten
 * Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen
 * SAP Key User für SAP S/4HANA
 * Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsfällen sowie Kommunikation mit Kund:innen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorgaben
