* Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von IT Anfragen der Kunden (Support-Cases, Kleinprojekte und Unterstützung bei externen Dienstprovidern)
 * Konzeption und Administration der Cloud Infrastrukturen im Office 365 / Azure Umfeld
 * Server Support im Microsoft Umfeld (AD, Exchange, Remote Desktop Dienste, etc.)
 * VMWare Support
 * Backupkonzepte umsetzen und supporten (Veeam, Backup Exec)
 * Firewallanforderungen umsetzen (Sophos, Cisco, etc.)
 * Vor Ort Support im Großraum Wien (teilweise vor Ort Support in ganz Österreich, bzw. Weltweit in größeren Zeitabständen)
 * Remote Support aus unserem Büro in 1170 Wien
