* Installation und Support bei uns eingesetzter EDV- und Telekommunikations-Endgeräte wie Personal Computer, Notebooks, mobile Endgeräte, Telefone sowie Peripherie
 * Beratung und Anleitung im Zusammenhang mit den Arbeitsplatzsystemen und Standardanwendungen
 * Fehlersuche und -behebung
 * Störungsbehebung telefonisch, mit Fernwartungs-Tools oder im Rahmen von Vor-Ort-Einsätzen
 * Konfiguration und Integration von aktiven Netzwerkkomponenten (Switch, Drucker, etc.)
 * Projektmitarbeit in systembezogenen, EDV-basierten Prozessen
