 * Experience in software project management in the automotive environment.

## Description

* Leading a team of software development engineers in the automotive environment, taking into account industry-relevant processes and standards (e.g. A-Spice, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, etc.).
 * Drive strategic alignment of products and services with new and legacy technologies in mind.
 * Actively participate in the negotiation of the project scope and timeline (FIP) during the acquisition phase.
 * Ensuring innovation in the SW development process with the pursuit of efficiency (processes, methods, tools, certifications).
 * Ensure innovation in SW functionality to increase battery safety, performance, and lifespan.
 * Development and coordination of optimized SW qualification methods and processes with the verification/validation team.
