## Description

* Aufgaben im Rahmen des 1st und 2nd Level Supports und die Annahme aller internen Anfragen zum Thema IT (Software & Hardware).
 * Die Installation neuer Arbeitsplätze und die Bereitstellung der IT-Ausstattung für Mitarbeiter*innen.
 * Die Mitarbeit an unseren IT-Projekten (z.B. Infrastrukturumstellungen, Einführung neuer Software-Lösungen und die selbständige Umsetzung kleinerer Projekte).
 * Die Beteiligung an Netzwerk- und Systemadministration (Windows Server, MS-SQL- Server, Active Directory, Exchange-Online, MDM, Microsoft 365, etc.).
 * Regelmäßigen Wissenstransfer und die Pflege der Wissensdatenbank.
