## About the Role

* Bachelor degree or Master's degree (preferred), in the area of Engineering, Business administration with focus on IT or project management., * Strong understanding of ID document systems, personalization technology, and digital onboarding solutions.
 * Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering on-time and within budget.
 * PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
 * Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
 * Knowledge of security protocols, data protection, and government compliance standards.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
 * Proficiency in business English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
 * Willingness to travel., * Proven experience in managing large-scale IT system integration projects, preferably in the eGovernment or secure identity sectors.

## Description

* Lead and manage complex, large-scale eGovernment projects from initiation to completion.
 * Oversee the integration of Austriacard's full portfolio, including document production, personalization, digital onboarding systems, and secure data management.
 * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
 * Collaborate closely with sales, development, and operations teams to align project goals and deliverables.
 * Ensure compliance with governmental requirements and security standards.
 * Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients and key stakeholders.
 * Coordinate with third-party vendors, subcontractors, and partners for system component integration.
 * Manage relationships and performance of subcontractors and partners to ensure alignment with project objectives.
 * Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
 * Ensure high-quality delivery with a focus on efficiency, security, and user experience.
