* Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur sowie Applikationen mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsofttechnologie.
 * Software- und Betriebssystemverteilung, Patchmanagement (SCCM).
 * Bearbeitung von Supportfällen, selbständige Fehleranalyse und Behebung.
 * Administration und Monitoring unseres Virenscanners.
 * Administration unserer Netzwerküberwachung.
 * Planung und Durchführung von Hard- und Software Rollouts.
 * Erstellung von System- & IT-Anwenderdokumentationen.
