 * Analyse von Kundenverhalten zur Verbesserung der User - Experience (z.B. durch Personalisierung).
 * Weiterentwicklung des hauseigenen Alfies Fulfillmentsystems.
 * Aufbau und Pflege automatisierter Dashboards und Reports zur Unterstützung datengetriebener Entscheidungen.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus IT, Operations und Marketing zur Ableitung strategischer Empfehlungen.
 * Identifikation und Aufbereitung relevanter Datenquellen und Entwicklung passender ETL-Prozesse.
